Property ManagementAdvanced Access Signs Distributorship Agreement With Realty Times
Advanced Access and Realty Times have signed a multiple-year contract in which Advanced Access will become a distributor of Realty Times products and services for real estate professionals.
"Realty Times is so well-known and respected, we are pleased to be considered as a partner," says Jerra Morris, Advanced Access co-owner and spokesperson. "Now, we can provide more exposure for our clients."
Advanced Access, dba of J. Williams Enterprises, Inc., is a family-owned California
corporation that has served the real estate industry with products
and services since 1985. In 1998, the Morris family sold their agent productivity suite known as Sellmore, EasyFlyer, and ShowPro, with over 50,000 customers across the country, to IRIS, creators of the Lightning MLS Access software. IRIS was later acquired by HomeSeekers.
The Morrises started their new Web site design and hosting business out of their home and began marketing to their former software clients. They soon needed office space and added employees. "We just wanted to do something fun after selling our software business," says Morris. "We never intended to grow like this, but we"ve expanded five times, and now have 21,000 square feet of office space."
Today they are serving over 9,000 customers with Web site solutions and are on a pace of selling well over 100 Web sites a week, according to Morris.
Advanced Access has 95 employees, including a direct sales division with about 40 salespersons. "Our focus is on customer focus and creating long-term relationships," says Morris. "When we have something new to offer, we have a meeting and let them know about the new service so they can educate their clients about it. We try to let our clients know that we are marketing the process and we also give them advice on how to make the most of their Web sites through weekly marketing tips."
"We may be large, but we still think small," explains Morris. "We are committed to providing our customers with that "Personal Touch" in customer service. That"s why the Realty Times products are such a perfect fit with what we are trying to do.
"Some agents think that you can have a Web site and not do much with it," she says, "but the ones who get the most traffic to their Web sites are the ones who actively market their Web sites. The Realty Times Market Conditions is a great way to drive more traffic to our agents" Web sites, and they will gain more exposure. We have a lot of people who have already shown a lot of interest in it."
In addition to Web site marketing, Advanced Access also provides e-mail marketing solutions, making the Realty Times" Real Estate Update an equally perfect fit, she adds. "This is a great new tool to advertise," says Morris.
John Giaimo, vice president of business development for Realty Times, says, "Realty Times has worked hard at developing a unique suite of products that will be a natural fit for agents" Web strategies. It is important that the partners we choose to distribute our products are strong in the marketplace and are capable of supporting our mutual clients. We feel that Advanced Access is such a partner. They have an excellent reputation with their customers and we are very pleased that they have agreed to become Realty Times" distribution partners."
The Advanced Access distributorship agreement is first of a series of key alliances to be announced by Realty Times during the next few weeks.
