Asbhy Named Regional Weichert VP New York/Connecticut

Jacelyn L. Botti, senior vice president, announced that Jo-Ellen Ashby has been named regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors" New York/Connecticut Region. In this new role, she will lead Weichert"s 15 offices located throughout Fairfield County in Connecticut and New York"s Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, Ulster, and Westchester Counties. Ashby, who has brokers licenses in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut was just named Manager of the Year had been manager of the Branchburg Office since 1994. She has spent 21 of her 23 years in real estate with Weichert. As a sales associate, she led the company in listings in 1981, and in sales the following year. She has personally sold over $50 million in dollar volume during her career. She served as director of training at Weichert"s headquarters from 1984-85 before opening the company"s Oldwick Office in 1986 and managing that office until assuming leadership at the Branchburg Office.
