Last Chance To Participate In Realty Times-JupiterResearch Broker Marketing Survey

Want to find out what your competitors are doing online? Take the JupiterResearch-Realty Times Executive Survey for broker/owners and find out. Click here! The survey closes Friday, July 23rd. Realty Times and JupiterResearch, a division of Jupiter Media, are partnering on an online marketing survey targeted at brokers and owners who handle online marketing decisions for their firms. The purpose of the survey is to learn how brokers and broker/managers allocate online marketing and advertising dollars. The results of the survey could help provide insights into the insular real estate industry as well as provide information for service providers in order to improve technologies and service deliveries. Brokers of any size firm may respond. "Realty Times is read by the most influential brokers and agents in the nation," says Jody Lane, president of Realty Times. "I am confident that they will respond to Jupiter"s request for information to better assist the industry in learning the most it can about effective online marketing solutions." Since real estate marketing began online in earnest in the mid-1990s, Realtor organizations, newspaper conglomerates, and marketing firms have watched the evolution of online real estate marketing, from personal and brand promotion to the robust marketing of online real estate listings. "A rebounding U.S. economy and employment growth has brought optimism for the real estate industry," suggests Niki Scevak, JupiterResearch analyst in charge of the project. "Yet, the Internet has dramatically changed the way Realtors allocate marketing spending and reach consumers. To help quantify that change, JupiterResearch is currently working on a research note that aims to analyze the Internet"s impact on the U.S. real estate industry. "As a valued member of the Realty Times community," he continues, "we would like to invite you to participate in the conversation, whether you are a broker who controls a large or small marketing budget. Your input is invaluable, and we would welcome your participation in this short survey." Individual responses are strictly confidential (under NDA), and your responses are only used in aggregate and anonymous form. Editor"s note: Please return your response by Friday, July 23, 2004. If you have any questions about the survey or problems using the form, please contact Anna Kanze (akanze@jupitermedia.com). For all other enquiries please don"t hesitate to email Niki Scevak at nscevak@jupitermedia.com. If you feel that another person in your company is better suited to provide this information, please point them toward the above URL. In appreciation for participants" time, JupiterResearch will send you the aggregated results after the close of the survey, giving you a valuable data set on the U.S. online real estate industry. Thank you for your help.
