enabled and Palm Handheld devices.

ability to find new homes, builders, and communities via handheld devices based
on criteria such as price, area, and number of bedrooms/bathrooms. In
addition, users will be able to view details such as address, amenities and
local schools plus images of homes and floor plans. Depending on device type,
consumers can place a call or send an email to a property agent or
homebuilder.
One and a quarter million new homes are sold a year accounting for nearly
$200 billion in potential revenue for homebuilders, real estate brokers and
