Prudential Fox And Roach Taps Showingtime

Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, a leading residential real estate firm in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, announced that it has enhanced its marketing capabilities by subscribing to ShowingAlert(TM), part of the ShowingTime Network(TM), a web-based system that allows customers the ability to request showings while they"re online browsing properties on www.prufoxroach.com. The ShowingAlert(TM) service--the first offering leveraging the ShowingTime Network--adds a new "call to action" to each property listing on the Prudential Fox & Roach web site. Homebuyers who view a property listing that captures their attention then click on an interactive calendar to immediately schedule a visit. The calendar prompts the buyer for a requested showing time, along with up to three phone numbers and other contact information. The system "remembers" the homebuyer"s contact profile and previous appointment requests as a convenience to the buyer when requesting additional appointments. The system automatically follows up with the buyer so that the broker can ensure a timely response from the company. ShowingAlert tracks all requests to see a particular property from all points of online presence, maintaining a "master" availability calendar for buyers, agents, and the real estate company.
